Implementation steps

1. Project study and design base

We can help you to determine the effect of implementing M2M-Technology in your refinery, such as project economics, environmental benefits and impact on the refinery operation. Data, including a few test results, will be collected for the design of the M2M-Heaters and M2M-Units.

2. Purchase of M2M-Unit(s)

The project study provides the specification and number of M2M-Heaters to be purchased. The purchase of the M2M-Unit(s) includes the technology licence and optional technical support or studies.

3. Construction and refinery preparations

While the M2M-Units, including M2M-Heaters, are being built, construction work for integrating M2M-Units into the operation is implemented at the refinery site. This would typically take several months.

4. Commissioning

We can provide start-up assistance for tie in, commissioning and subsequent full digestion optimization.
